Church Family,

I wanted to write you and let you know how excited I am about the opportunity to serve as your Pastor.

I truly believe that Crossroads is a special place with lots of very dedicated people and I am confident that God is going to open up doors for us to expand His Kingdom throughout our city and around the world.

I look forward to building a strong culture of Disciple making that will allow each of us to grow closer and closer to Christ. I believe that the intimacy that comes through maturing as a believer is what Christ is referring to when He says He wants us to have life and to have life abundantly.

I also am excited about our congregation doing some fun activities together, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the blessing of Christian fellowship.

Whatever comes next will be more than we could ask or imagine and in the end we will give the Glory to the only one who deserves it our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Remember today because in a few years we will be able to look back on our ministry and say to God be the Glory, great things He has done.

We serve a God who never grows weary and always wins!!!
